  1. Once the Insurance Quote request is received in CRM when the agent creates a case and saves it as Work Progress Notification --> " WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR INSURANCE REQUEST VIA My MotorPal AND YOUR REQUEST IS UNDER PROCESS"
  2. Once the agent has prepared all the quotes and upload to CRM and saves as PENDING Notification--> YOUR QUOTATION IS READY FOR VIEWING VIA My MotorPal APP.
  3. If the status changed to closed and order not done, we have to change that status as closed
