Create A New Folder
Step 1: Click the file station.
Step 2: Select the department the new user belongs to.
Step 3: Click create button.
Step 4: Click create folder.
Step 5: Type the folder name.
Step 6: Click the OK button.
Then it will appear on folder list of Jaya Adjusters.
Step 7: Right-click the new folder you created.
Step 8: Select the properties.
Step 9: Click the permission.
Step 10: Click the create button.
Step 11: Find on the drop-down the new user that we will used the new folder.
Step 12: Put check to give permission the user to read and write on the folder.
Step 13: Click the OK button.
Once ok it will appear the user name on the list.
Step 14: Click the OK button.
